Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Glass Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing glass and windows with precision and safety, ensuring high-quality results. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools, materials, and technical drawings, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Install glass panels and windows according to project specifications and blueprints Handle glass materials carefully to prevent damage and ensure safety during installation Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and secure glass components Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and detailed instructions for accurate installation Measure accurately using a tape measure to ensure proper fit and alignment Assist with the handling and transportation of glass materials on-site Apply carpentry skills when necessary to prepare framing or support structures for glass installation Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Requirements Proven experience in glass installation, window installation, or related construction work Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and interpret specifications accurately Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures Experience handling glass materials safely and effectively in a construction setting Strong understanding of construction principles, including carpentry skills as needed Ability to work outdoors or in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Positive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks reliably

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
