Full Job Description Summary :

Avanti is looking for dependable, motivated professionals with some Window Installation Experience to become part of our Avanti Field Expert installation and service team . A S ervice Window Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing windows—primarily in residential settings. The exact duties can vary by industry, but typically include the following:

Pay Rate:

18/ hour Responsibilities and Duties Install service windows , including residential windows, for new construction projects. Repair and maintain existing windows , including glass, frames, seals, tracks, motors, and sliding mechanisms Diagnose issues like misalignment, sticking, leaks, broken glass, or malfunctioning automatic features Replace damaged components , including glass panes, rollers, locks, or hardware Test window functionality after installation or repair to ensure smooth and safe operation Qualifications and Skills Clean driving record and MVR a premium Looking for leaders with the ability to listen and advance Punctual and reliable; be at work on time every day Construction experience a plus Window experience a plus Willing to learn AIM method, on-the-job training from day one Ability to use cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns Ability to safely climb a ladder Ability to follow OSHA fall protection procedures Ability to lift up to 30-100 lbs. several times per day Ability to work in a team environment Ability to embrace, improve, and more importantly enjoy the opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company Ability to communicate professionally and manage customer expectation
