WINDSHIELD INSTALLER & INSTALLER HELPER

We're not looking for someone who just wants a job. We're looking for people who want to build something. Windshield MD is a family-owned and operated business that's already doing great — and we're looking for the right people to help us take it to the next level. We're hiring for two positions:

WINDSHIELD INSTALLER

If you know your way around windshield installation, take pride in your work, and know what it means to do the job right the first time, we want to talk to you. Experience is preferred, but what matters just as much is your work ethic, attention to detail, and integrity.

INSTALLER HELPER

This is an entry-level position, but it's more than just a job. It's an opportunity to learn a trade. You'll work alongside experienced installers, learn the ins and outs of the windshield business, develop real hands-on skills, and have the opportunity to grow into an installer position. You don't need to know everything on day one. We can teach you the trade. What we can't teach is work ethic, reliability, and integrity. At Windshield MD, we believe in: Work hard. Do quality work. Windshield MD Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
