We are a stable company focused on long-term growth and development.

Who We're Looking For:

Responsible and hands-on professionals who are confident using tools and able to learn quickly. Experienced specialists such as foremen, supervisors, glaziers, metal construction installers, framers, and custom furniture installers are especially encouraged to apply.

Pay based on position level:

$25-30/hour — Entry Level $30-40/hour — Installer / Master Level $40-50+/hour — Lead Installer Top installers consistently earn $2,500+ per week with stable year-round workload. Pay growth depends on skill level, learning speed, and English proficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of construction experience in the U.S. Russian or Ukranian B2 lever or higher English level B2 or higher Valid U.S. driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience Social Security Number or valid Work Authorization OSHA 30 Certification (can be obtained during employment) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
