Window & Door Installation Helper $17.60 per hour Depending on experience Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Avanti Windows & Doors Are you looking to build a rewarding career in construction? Join Avanti Windows & Doors , a fast-growing company and trusted partner of top homebuilders across the Southwest. We're seeking motivated Helpers to work on new residential construction projects. No experience installing windows? No problem. We provide hands-on training from day one and invest in your growth! What You'll Do Install windows and doors in newly constructed homes Use tools such as cordless drivers, levels, and nail guns Work closely with your team to complete jobs efficiently and safely Communicate field updates, issues, and improvement ideas Follow company safety standards and OSHA guidelines Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow into a skilled installer Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to communicate professionally and represent the company well Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders Ability to lift 50+ lbs multiple times per day Preferred (Not Required) General construction or homebuilding experience Window/door installation experience Valid driver's license Schedule & Pay $17.60 per hour Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Why Join Avanti?
