Appliance Delivery Driver / Installer & Helper About the Position MCN Logistics is hiring dependable Drivers and Appliance Installation Helpers to join our residential appliance delivery and installation team in Grapevine, TX. Our teams deliver and install appliances in residential new construction homes and occupied homes throughout the DFW area . We work directly with builders, job-site personnel, and homeowners, so professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service are extremely important. We prefer candidates with appliance delivery, installation, moving, or similar experience; however, we are willing to train dependable, motivated individuals who are quick learners and ready to work. Responsibilities Safely deliver, move, and install residential appliances Connect appliances according to company procedures and installation requirements Load and unload appliances using dollies and proper equipment Carefully protect appliances, flooring, walls, cabinetry, and other property Communicate professionally with builders, homeowners, and other job-site personnel Use company apps and systems to manage assigned orders, upload required photos, document completed work, and report job-site conditions Inspect and document appliances before and after delivery Follow scheduled routes and work efficiently as part of a two-person team Immediately report damages, installation concerns, or site issues Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing MCN Logistics Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screening Able to regularly lift approximately 50-75 lbs. and assist with heavier appliances using proper equipment Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps for photos, documentation, and order updates Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable transportation to our Grapevine location Reliable attendance and punctuality — our workdays start early, and being on time is essential Appliance delivery/installation experience preferred, but we will consider candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly Schedule Monday-Friday. No regularly scheduled weekends. Our teams typically report around 5:30 AM . Routes vary by day, with a goal of completing the workday around 4:30 PM . Finish times may vary depending on route size, distance, job-site conditions, and other factors.
