ASAP Key Responsibilities
Accurately measure windows using tape or lasers for accurate ordering of custom window treatments
Safely install mounting brackets, secure hardware, and hang various window coverings (e.g., drapes, traditional and motorized blinds, shutters, and awnings).
Remove existing window coverings, treat surrounding surfaces, and prepare area for new installation
Instruct clients on product maintenance, operation, and safety features (especially for motorized treatments)
Maintain a clean work environment, safely manage ladders, and comply with all safety regulations. Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in carpentry, construction, or in-home installation is highly preferred.
Proficiency with basic hand tools (drills, screwdrivers) and the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Excellent problem-solving, strong verbal communication, and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
Must pass background check and drug screen
