What You'll Do:

Launch the tint department — Set up workflow, tools, materials, and bay layout. Perform high‑quality tint installs on all vehicle types. Prep and inspect glass surfaces for flawless application. Ensure top‑tier quality with clean edges, no contamination, and proper curing. Handle film with precision — cutting, shrinking, and applying like a pro. Educate customers on care, curing times, and film expectations. Maintain compliance with Texas tint laws and safety standards.
