Full-time About Us Tint Lab is a premier automotive window tint, PPF, and ceramic coating shop in Houston. We pride ourselves on precision installs, top-quality film, and full compliance with Texas tint laws. Job Description Tint Lab is looking for an experienced Window Tint Installer to join our Memorial location team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience tinting cars of all makes and models and takes pride in clean, bubble-free, professional-grade work. Responsibilities Install window film on automotive glass (side, rear, windshield) to a high standard of quality; work with ceramic, carbon, and nano-ceramic films; inspect vehicles before and after service; maintain a clean and organized workspace; provide excellent customer service and represent the shop professionally; work efficiently to meet daily appointment schedules. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of professional window tint installation experience; strong attention to detail and precision; ability to work with computerized plotters/cutters is a plus; reliable, punctual, and able to work independently; own basic tools preferred; must be able to work at our Memorial, Houston location (8700 Long Point Rd Suite 403). Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience (hourly or commission — to be discussed at interview).
