This role involves installing window tint films and providing vehicle detailing services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Passion for film work, whether it's tinting or PPF (Paint Protection Film), is highly valued, as there are opportunities for growth, bonuses, and raises for those who demonstrate enthusiasm and skill in this area. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to develop their expertise in automotive customization. Duties Install window tint films on vehicles with precision and care, ensuring a clean and professional finish. Perform vehicle detailing tasks including cleaning, polishing, and restoring vehicle surfaces to high standards. Assist with PPF installation if experienced or interested, as knowledge of PPF installation is very desired. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in excellent condition. Follow safety protocols and industry best practices during all installations and detailing procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Stay updated on the latest techniques and products related to tinting, PPF, and vehicle detailing. Skills Knowledge of window tinting techniques; previous experience is mandatory. Passion for film work—whether tint or PPF—is highly desirable; motivated individuals can easily advance through raises and bonuses. Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Willingness to learn new skills related to automotive customization and detailing. Basic understanding of vehicle surfaces and materials is beneficial.
