The Job:

Double-wide mobile home, approx. 27' x 75' Full vinyl siding wrap installed directly over existing wood/plywood siding (no tear-off required) Standard non-insulated vinyl siding Two-tone color scheme: gray on top, white on bottom all running vertically, no horizonal skirting. Vertical white on the bottom Full skirting installation around the home, including an oversized back porch run Window trim installation included Full site cleanup and haul-away of debris upon completion

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience with vinyl siding installation, especially over-existing (no tear-off) applications Comfortable with two-tone color layouts and clean trim work Experience installing skirting on mobile/manufactured homes a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow a defined material spec (grade, color, brand) without deviation Must be able to coordinate around a homeowner-driven timeline — Valid transportation to a rural property; comfortable working on a working ranch/farm setting
