About the Role As a Window Glazer/Installer , you will be responsible for the installation and replacement of residential and commercial windows, doors, and associated products. Your work will directly contribute to the superior customer experience our clients have come to expect.
Primary Responsibilities:
Install and replace windows, doors, and glass products, including vinyl and composite windows, aluminum storefronts, shower doors, mirrors, and insulated glass units (IGUs). Measure, transport, handle, and install various glass and window products. Perform caulking, insulating, and cutting glass as needed. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations. Requirements Experience is non-negotiable. Applicants must demonstrate experience in window and door installation or similar work. Construction experience is highly preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Clean driving record and ability to qualify for a DOT medical card (if required). High school diploma or equivalent. Strong skills in using a tape measure accurately. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with co-workers, homeowners, contractors, and the public. Must be drug-free and able to pass screenings. Willingness to occasionally work overtime. Capability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, booms, and scissor lifts. Why Join Us?
