We're looking for an experienced Window Treatment Installer to handle accurate measuring, professional installation, and light service work across Utah County. Requirements Previous hands-on experience installing blinds, shades, shutters, or drapery is required for this role. Comfortable measuring windows precisely and reading product specs and work orders. Reliable transportation and your own basic hand tools. Professional, punctual, and comfortable working in clients' homes. Able to safely lift and maneuver product, ladders, and large panels. This is a 1099 independent contractor role — set your own schedule, paid per install. Nice to Have Experience with motorized or smart shades. Experience working with homebuilders or on new-construction sites. Familiarity with major window covering brands such as Norman or Hunter Douglas. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a new company as it becomes the go-to window covering installer for builders across Utah County.
