We're a fast-paced, creative shop that handles everything from custom vehicle wraps to large-scale commercial installations. If you take pride in clean, precise work and enjoy seeing projects go from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you. Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing window tinting on various vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to showcase your automotive expertise while working independently. Scope of Work Install high-quality window tint on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, heavy trucks, and commercial fleets Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and removing old tint or debris to ensure proper adhesion Apply window tint film smoothly without bubbles or creases using specialized tools Inspect completed work for quality control, ensuring a flawless finish that meets industry standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in professional automotive and/or commercial window tint installation Having a 3M Automotive Window Film Preferred Installer Certification is a big plus Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to avoid interference with sensors during tinting Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision and a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day Contractor Requirements Must operate as an independent contractor and be eligible to receive a Form 1099 Ability to manage your own schedule and complete projects within agreed-upon timelines East Coast Sign & Design will provide basic installation tools and equipment, but contractors are welcome to use their own tools and equipment if preferred Why Partner With Us?
