This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can operate independently in the field. Responsibilities Install and service residential and commercial glass (showers, windows, storefronts, repairs) Measure, cut, and install glass accurately and safely Read work orders, field measurements, and basic drawings Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and office staff Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in a professional condition Follow company procedures and safety standards Requirements Five or more years of professional glazing experience Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and best practices Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Commercial storefront experience is a plus Schedule & Pay Full-time, steady work Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available
