Regional Window Treatment company is seeking the right candidate for a new window treatment installer position for our new construction accounts. This is a W2 employee position, not subcontracting work. We will provide a company van and all necessary tools to start. Installations will take place in and around: Richmond, Norfolk, VA Beach, Charlottesville, Staunton VA area, alongside occasional Raleigh, NC trips which could involve an overnight stay. Your daily schedule and routing is done by a market scheduler and will occur weekly. 3-4 days a week will be field work at construction sites and the 4th/5th day will be a day trip to our Raleigh location for material pickup and to assist in the Raleigh market when necessary. All overnight travel and accompanied meal expenses are covered if needed.

Typical day:

Arrive at our storage facility, sort and load up today's blinds to install, and drive to a construction location around the areas above. Once onsite, you will install blinds per company guidelines. Upon completion of install, clean up, dispose of all trash, ensure job is 100% and drive to the next appointment. Maintain organization and cleanliness of facility and vehicle.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to correctly use and measure windows with a tape measure and laser measure.
• Previous installation experience of products requiring taking measurements and drill installation, is strongly desired.

blinds and/or plantation shutter experience moves you to the top of the list.

• Must be good with tools.
• Must be able to troubleshoot small mechanics and think mechanically.
• Clean appearance and excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Punctual, determined, highly ethical, safe driver.
• Work a schedule that includes beginning each morning at 7:00am, flexible on the shift end time (could be off at 1:00, could be off at 6:00). Hours range from 32-48 depending on the week's workload. Monday

Saturdays are very rare but could happen a couple times a year. Pay is weekly on Friday via Direct Deposit. We also offer paid holidays, vacation accrual and group health insurance.
