LEAD WINDOW INSTALLER
Pay:
$27-39+/hr based on experience Square Oaks is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Window Installer to help build and lead our next installation crew. This isn't just another installer position. Proven experience installing replacement windows and doors Leadership experience or the desire to lead an installation crew Someone who takes ownership of every project from start to finish Strong communication skills with homeowners and teammates High standards for craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism Dependable, positive attitude, and solution-oriented mindsetREQUIREMENTS
Extensive window installation experience required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift heavy materials and work safely on ladders Experience with trim work, measuring, and aluminum coil wrapping Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lead and train crew membersRESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily installation projects from start to finish Ensure installations meet Square Oaks quality standards Install replacement windows and doors Bend and install aluminum trim coil Install interior trim Properly caulk and seal all installations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project Mentor and develop newer installers Work closely with production to keep projects running smoothlyWHAT WE OFFER
