Job Description

Lead Glazer Wingspan Glass is a locally owned small business that specializes in residential glass. Most of what we do is custom shower enclosures, but we dabble in mirrors, windows and some various other glass products. You'll rock at this role if: 1. Strong attention to detail
  • Glass is finish work, we install to 1/8" or tighter tolerances. 2. Cautious
  • Believe it or not, glass breaks. Bull's seeking to work in a china shop need not apply. 3. Steady hand
  • A great caulk line can separate the pros from the novices This role also requires… All the cliche work stuff.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, hard work, punctuality, etc…
Additionally:
1. You will need to lift/move 80 pounds (or more) 2. Clean driving record to operate a company vehicle 3. Have appropriate work attire (steel toe boots, non ripped jeans, long-sleeve shirts or respectable hoodie). We do provide some attire, but not a full uniform. A "Typical" Day 1. Arrive at the Office 7:00am
  • Greenfield Ave, Brookfield 2. Prepare for the Day
  • Fabricate, cut, stock, clean, load trucks 3. Install
  • Typically 3-5 jobsites per day 4. Debrief
  • Unload debris & paperwork from the day, load trucks for the next day 5. Departure
  • 4:30pm hit the road to head home

Compensation Guidelines:
1. Experienced Installers a. $25
  • $30+ / hour You are awesome (you already knew that), but specifically for reading this whole thing.
Lead Glazer We think you're awesome too, regardless if we think you're the right fit for this role. We make mistakes all the time, so if we don't pick you for an interview, it's us not you.
