Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and reliable Window Tint Installer Apprentice to join M-Town Tinting. This is a beginner-friendly position where you'll learn professional automotive window tint installation through hands-on training and real customer jobs. Most jobs will be mobile around Milwaukee, WI. When a job is not mobile, work may be completed at one of our locations. We use a professional window tint plotter, so there is no need for extensive manual cutting. The main focus will be learning proper film preparation, application, heat shrinking, installation, and finishing techniques. Duties Learn and assist with professional automotive window tint installation Prepare and clean vehicle windows before installation Use the window tint plotter to cut film for specific vehicle windows Learn proper film application and heat-shrinking techniques Assist with removing old tint when needed Ensure installations are clean and free of bubbles, wrinkles, and contamination Travel to mobile customer locations with tools and equipment Keep the vehicle and work area clean during and after each job Follow proper safety procedures and instructions Provide professional and respectful customer service Requirements No professional tinting experience required — training provided Willingness to learn and improve Reliable and dependable Able to travel to mobile jobs around Milwaukee Comfortable working around vehicles and automotive tools Good attention to detail Professional attitude and communication Previous automotive, detailing, or tinting experience is a plus but not required What You'll Learn Professional window tint installation Using a tint plotter and pre-cut patterns Proper film preparation and handling Heat shrinking and fitting film to different windows Tint removal Mobile tint setup and workflow Professional vehicle protection and cleanup How to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
