What You Will Do & Learn:

Window Replacement:

Pocket inserts and full-frame tear-outs (casements, double-hungs, sliders, bays/bows).

Exterior Doors:

Front entry door systems, sliding patio doors, French doors, threshold leveling, sill pans, and hardware.

Finish Carpentry:

Interior casing, jamb extensions, stool/apron trim, shimming, and tight finish reveals.

Capping & Bending:

Measuring, cutting, and bending custom exterior aluminum coil wrap using a portable brake.

Flashing & Air Sealing:

Polyurethane foam insulation, flashing tapes, and exterior silicone caulking.

Job Site Pride:

Safe handling, clean staging, dust protection, and leaving every home spotless.

Requirements:

Ability to read a tape measure accurately down to the 1/16" and use standard hand/power tools (drills, miter saws, circular saws). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy windows and patio door slabs (50-75+ lbs safely with a partner).
