In this role, you will oversee the installation of vehicle wraps and graphics, ensuring precision, quality, and customer satisfaction. As a leader on the installation team, you will coordinate workflows, mentor junior installers, and uphold quality standards. Your expertise in vehicle customization, auto body repair, and related mechanical skills will drive excellence in every project. What You'll Be Doing Leading and installing high-quality vehicle wraps on cars, vans, Sprinters, box trucks, and fleets - Bonus skills: window graphics, wall murals, and specialty installs Prepping surfaces and ensuring every install starts right and finishes strong Removing and replacing graphics cleanly without damaging surfaces Coordinate installation schedules with sales and communicate directly with clients on-site Disassembling/reassembling vehicle components for seamless installs Supporting team installs and helping others level up their work Representing HQ Graphics professionally on-site with clients What You Bring - Must-Haves 3+ years of professional vehicle wrap installation experience Confidence installing large-format vinyl from start to finish Strong attention to detail — you notice the small things others miss Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts Bonus Points If You Have Experience leading installs or mentoring team members Fleet or large-scale installation experience A true passion for craftsmanship and getting it right What It's Like to Work Here A team that takes pride in the finished product A mix of shop work and on-site installs—no two days are the same Projects that range from clean and simple to bold and complex People who work hard, support each other, and care about the details The Bottom Line Join us if you are someone who doesn't cut corners, who owns their work, and who wants to be part of a team and takes pride in their work.
