A-Rite Construction & Roofing is looking for an experienced Exterior Construction Installer to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has experience installing roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. What You'll Do Repair residential asphalt shingle roofing systems and assist in managing full roof projects. Install vinyl and other exterior siding products, including trim, soffit, and fascia. Assist with and perform window and exterior door installations. Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and related exterior components. Complete tear-offs, preparation, flashing, waterproofing, and finish work. Read measurements, follow installation specifications, and use construction tools and equipment safely. Work with crew members and project leadership to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members. What We're Looking For Previous hands-on experience in residential exterior construction. Experience in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters is strongly preferred. Candidates with strong experience in several of these trades and a willingness to learn the others are encouraged to apply. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Dependable attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors and at heights. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Willingness to follow manufacturer installation requirements and company safety standards. Why Join A-Rite?
