In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation of spray foam insulation across various projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion. As a leader on-site, you will coordinate with team members, interpret technical drawings, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship to deliver energy-efficient insulation solutions that meet client specifications. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the spray foam installation process, ensuring all work aligns with blueprint specifications and safety protocols. Coordinate daily tasks for team members, assigning roles and monitoring progress to meet project deadlines efficiently. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately install insulation materials in diverse building structures. Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools safely, including spray foam equipment, ladders, scaffolding, and other construction tools. Ensure compliance with safety standards by enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to clarify project requirements and provide updates on progress. Conduct quality checks during installation to verify insulation is installed correctly, efficiently, and according to specifications. Qualifications Proven experience in construction installation roles, particularly in building insulation or related fields such as drywall, roofing, or carpentry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction sites and power tool operation; OSHA certification is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders or scaffolding regularly; comfortable working at heights. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installation work. Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems or metal stud framing is advantageous but not required.
