Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Insulation & Home Repair Technician to join our team. This position involves residential insulation installation, minor home repairs, and general construction work. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, preferably with blown insulation, and is comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined or physically demanding areas. Job Duties Install blown-in insulation, batt insulation, and foam insulation in residential homes. Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight or confined areas . Cut insulation bags in half and load approximately 30-pound bags into insulation machines. Perform minor residential home repairs and maintenance. Use drills, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively. Perform basic plumbing work related to home repairs when needed. Wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment when necessary. Drive and operate a company vehicle to job sites. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and job instructions. Work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications & Requirements Previous construction experience required . Experience with blown-in insulation preferred . Experience with batt or foam insulation is a plus. Basic home repair and maintenance experience. Experience with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus. Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas. Ability to regularly lift and handle approximately 30-pound bags of insulation. Comfortable using power tools and hand tools. Valid driver's license required . Reliable transportation to the work location. Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE, including a respirator when necessary.
