Key Responsibilities Measure and Cut Liner:
Measure duct dimensions and cut fiberglass or elastomeric insulation liners accurately using knives, shears, or automated cutting tables.
Apply Adhesives:
Spray or brush specialized bonding adhesives onto sheet metal interior surfaces and secure the liner firmly in place.
Install Fasteners:
Pin the liner using mechanical fasteners, weld pins, or pin-spotting equipment to ensure the insulation stays attached during high airflow.
Inspect Quality:
Check installed liners for gaps, loose edges, or wrinkles that could restrict airflow or lower thermal efficiency.
Pay:
