$[20-35]/hour (based on experience) We are looking for a reliable and motivated Insulation Installer to join our growing team. This role involves installing insulation in residential and/or commercial buildings to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Install insulation materials including fiberglass, spray foam, and rigid board Measure and cut insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawl spaces Seal gaps and air leaks as needed Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with team members and customers Requirements Previous insulation or construction experience preferred (not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
