full-time We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Insulator with hands-on experience insulating process piping, oil & gas lines, vessels, tanks, ducts, and industrial equipment . Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, fit, and install insulation around pipes, ducts, tanks, vessels, and equipment. Install insulation using adhesives, bands, wire, and specialized fastening systems. Read blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Remove and replace damaged insulation during maintenance and repairs. Install protective coverings, including metal jacketing and vapor barriers. Follow all safety procedures while working in industrial and construction environments. Qualifications 3+ years of Mechanical Insulator experience required. Strong experience with mechanical/process piping, oil & gas lines, vessels, and industrial equipment insulation. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Proficient with hand and power tools. High school diploma required. Physically able to climb, kneel, bend, lift materials, and work in confined spaces. Residential, batt, or spray foam insulation experience does not qualify. Stable work history required.
