Job requirements Ability to install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, and rock wool, in wall and ceiling cavities. Ability to safely remove old or damaged insulation from existing structures. Minimum 6+ months of previous insulation experience, preferably within residential homes. Experience or willingness to learn how to install radiant barriers and seal air leaks for improved energy efficiency. Ability to identify and seal gaps to prevent rodents and pests from entering insulated spaces. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Job Types:
