At Energy Masters, we're a growing HERS testing company serving HVAC contractors, builders, and homeowners across Southern California. We're looking for a HERS Testing Technician who's dependable, self-motivated, and enjoys a mix of travel, independence, and technical work. $500 Sign Up Bonus if you are already certified & after 3 months of employment! What You'll Do Perform HERS testing and verification for residential and commercial HVAC systems and new construction homes Conduct field inspections, duct testing, airflow measurements, and energy-efficiency verifications Communicate professionally with contractors, builders, and homeowners Accurately submit reports using mobile/tablet software Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition Who You Are You enjoy working independently and being trusted to manage your own schedule You like traveling to different job sites and being out in the field You take pride in doing quality work and getting things done right the first time You're friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers You're looking for a long-term career , not just a job — and you're ready to grow with a great team Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Must have a working vehicle and be willing to drive within a 70-80 mile radius of your home.
