Responsibilities Supervise and manage installation crews on assigned projects. Ensure workers arrive on time, understand the scope of work, and follow the project instructions. Review the scope of work with the crew before starting each job. Oversee insulation removal and installation in attics and crawl spaces. Make sure all work is completed correctly and according to company quality standards. Inspect completed work before the crew leaves the job site. Ensure crews follow all company procedures and safety requirements. Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional throughout the project. Make sure workers properly protect the customer's home and belongings during the job. Communicate professionally with homeowners and address questions or concerns during the project. Monitor crew performance, productivity, and workmanship. Report any job-site issues, damages, changes in scope, or customer concerns to management immediately. Make sure all required photos and job documentation are completed before closing out the project. Ensure the project is completed on schedule, payment is collected and all contracted work has been performed before leaving the property. Take responsibility for the overall quality and successful completion of each assigned project. Service Area Our projects are located throughout the Bay Area, including: South Bay East Bay Silicon Valley Surrounding Bay Area communities

Schedule:

Work is available Monday through Friday Compensation $6,000 - $10,000 per month, depending on experience, workload, bonuses, and commissions. Requirements Previous insulation experience is
