The "Tip of the Spear" for
Colorado's Leading Home Efficiency Team Location:
Field-Based (Greater Denver Metro / Lakewood, CO)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday (Some weekends may be required)
Compensation:

You will be the hands-on expert transforming homes from drafty and inefficient to comfortable and high-performing. The Attic Warrior:
You will learn from experienced energy efficiency experts, helping to load the truck to prepare for the day, setup and clean up job sites, and help with speedy, thorough execution at every step.
Precision Air Sealing:
You will hunt down and seal air leaks using foam, caulk, and other materials. Attention to detail is critical here—missing a leak means missing the goal.
Insulation Execution:
You will operate insulation blowing machines and ensure consistent, to-code coverage in attics and walls.
Customer Respect:

Valid Driver's License:
You have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to the shop.
Bonus Points:
Previous experience in residential construction, HVAC, or insulation. Familiarity with building science principles or BPI standards. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Your success will be measured by:
Supervisor Feedback Score:
Formal feedback from your Crew Lead on your work quality and attitude.
Attendance/Punctuality:
Being on time and ready to work is non-negotiable.
