Job Description
Midstate Caulking & Construction Services LLC, is looking for experienced Commercial Stucco, EIFS, and Lath experience to join our team. Midstate is a family owned company that has proudly served Florida since 2007. We specialize in commercial exterior construction services. We work all over the state of Florida. Commercial stucco, EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), and/or metal lath experience required to apply. Must have basic tools of the trade. Will report to our Kissimmee office each day and leave in a company truck to the job site. Valid driver's license is a plus but not a necessity. We are a drug free company. We offer paid vacation and personal days after one year. Holidays after 90 days of employment. We also offer medical options after 90 days. Retirement plans with company match after waiting period.
