Your Role:

Insulation removal and installation (blown-in, batt, etc.) in attics, crawlspaces, and walls Operate tools and equipment with confidence and care Keep work areas clean, safe, and mission-ready Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew members and customers Follow company procedures and safety guidelines without cutting corners

What It Takes:

Start and end the day at our shop in Alpharetta Physical fitness and the ability to work in tight or elevated spaces Willingness to work in the heat of an attic A team-first mindset, strong work ethic, and positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Punctuality, reliability, and pride in doing the job right Experience in insulation, crawlspaces, encapsulation, HVAC, construction, etc. is a plus, but we'll train the right person
