Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Insulation Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various types of building insulation efficiently and safely across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help improve energy efficiency and comfort for our clients while adhering to strict safety standards and blueprint specifications. Duties Install different insulation materials primarily blown cellulose insulation Follow work orders and technical drawings to accurately interpret installation requirements Use hand tools, power tools and ladders safely to reach work areas at various heights Measure spaces precisely using basic math skills to ensure proper fit and coverage of insulation materials Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols including power tool safety, ladder use, and site safety guidelines Communicate effectively with leadership and crew members Assist with related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, or minor drywall work when needed Assist other departments at times based on business needs Experience Construction experience with a focus on building insulation installation or related trades such as carpentry, roofing, or masonry Familiarity with reading work orders and technical drawings for construction projects Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools safely on construction sites Knowledge of safety procedures including ladder use, fall protection, and power tool operation Ability to interpret technical specifications and follow detailed instructions accurately Prior experience working on construction sites with a strong emphasis on safety compliance Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to insulation fitting A Valid Driver's License with qualifying driving record are required
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
