Salow Mechanical Insulation, Inc., a commercial mechanical insulation contractor is seeking Full-Time mechanical insulation installers. Salow Mechanical Insulation (Earlville, IA) has been completing major commercial projects across Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City for over 25 years. We are expanding our crew and provide 100% on-the-job training-no prior trade experience required.

Duties include:

Installing all types of pipe and duct insulation for commercial HVAC and plumbing systems. Paid weekly.

Quarterly Profit Sharing:

Extra bonuses paid out each quarter, based on performance. 100%

Zero premium deducted from your paycheck.

Hours of Work:

Mon-Thu 6:00 AM - 2PM Friday 6:00 Am - 1:00 PM (Paid 8 hours)

Optional Overtime Available:

When project deadlines occur, we ask to work overtime-we don't force mandatory weekends.

Free Daily Ride:

Company-provided crew ride leaves Earlville/Delhi daily at 4:30 AM.

All Tools Provided:

We supply Hi-Viz shirts and safety equipment. And a $200 clothing allowance each year.

3%

Requirements:

Must be 18+, dependable, and comfortable working from ladders and lifts.
