Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Spray Foam Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality spray foam insulation to improve energy efficiency and comfort in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and building insulation, eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers to ensure secure access and compliance with safety protocols Operate power tools safely, including spray rigs, airless sprayers, and hand tools such as drills and caulking guns Follow all safety procedures related to power tool use, ladder climbing, working at heights, and handling hazardous materials Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding job progress, site conditions, or technical issues Experience Prior construction experience with a focus on building insulation installation or related trades such as carpentry, drywall, roofing, or masonry is preferred Ability to use hand tools proficiently and safely in various construction tasks Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence on construction sites including proper power tool safety practices Climbing skills necessary for working at heights on ladders or scaffolding; physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces To Apply Rogue 208-390-7898 (English) Mario 208-360-6395 (Spanish)
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
