Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Insulator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation systems on various industrial projects. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, efficiency, and energy performance of our clients' facilities across diverse construction sites. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on construction projects, utilizing your skills in building material installation and technical interpretation. Duties Install insulation materials on pipes, tanks, ducts, and equipment following detailed construction plans and specifications Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation using hand tools and power tools to ensure proper coverage and performance Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute insulation layouts Apply related materials such as caulking, stucco, plastering compounds, or hardscape elements as needed for restoration or finishing work Operate heavy equipment safely when required for large-scale insulation or demolition tasks Conduct inspections to verify insulation quality, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with project standards Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely project completion Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on building material installation and insulation techniques Familiarity with bluebeam software for reviewing construction plans and technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation safely and effectively Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and other building trades preferred Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions on construction projects Strong understanding of safety protocols including OSHA standards and site-specific safety procedures Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Prior experience with restoration projects or remodeling is a plus Join us to be part of a team dedicated to building excellence!
