About the Position As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the organization and oversight of commercial and industrial mechanical insulation projects. In this role, you will collaborate with insulators, estimators, and customers to help achieve profitable project performance. Primary Responsibilities Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects Schedule insulators and approve timesheets Work with field employees to review concerns, quality, speed, look ahead, ordering/stagging of materials and safety Attend pre-bid meetings, PM meetings, and site visits, as needed Coordinate with the estimating team during bid preparation and project handoff Assist with processing T&M's tickets and billings Facilitate in monitoring production and costs associated with projects Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insulators, and general contractors Monitor job performance and identify opportunities for improvement Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of mechanical or plumbing project management experience Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, and Outlook preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to multi-task, think independently, and be an expert problem solver Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle Health, dental, and vision benefits 401K plan, with company match

Paid Holidays and Vacation Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
