Crew Chiefs:

We are looking for Certified, Experienced and Proven Crew Chiefs only with verifiable references. Pay scale for this position is $28 to $35+ per hour based on experience. Overtime is always available. Technicians with experience also needed. Pay scale is $20+ to $28 per hour based on experience. Air sealing, Cellulose, and Fiberglass batt insulation work experience are mandatory. You must be neat and organized and perform quality work. Crew chiefs must be able to run a job profitably ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness, and be able to interact well with customers and complete required paperwork thoroughly. Weatherization Crew Member/Crew Chief Boot Camp, Combustion Safety Testing certs and Lead Safe RRP, are a plus for crew chiefs.
