In this role, you serve as the heartbeat of material delivery operating the insulation blowing machine, maintaining strict feed consistency, and ensuring rapid, accurate material application across attics and walls. Your daily speed and material control directly elevate your pay from a reliable baseline up to $31.18/hour equivalent.

Earning Range :

Guaranteed base floor of $20.68/hr scaling up to $31.18/hr equivalent based on job turnover speed and flawless execution.

Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Setup, calibrate, and operate truck-mounted insulation blowers and material hoppers safely and efficiently.

Material Flow Management:

Maintain continuous communication with the crew lead, manage material staging, and prevent machine clogs or downtime.

Application Quality:

Ensure proper density and coverage for blown-in attic insulation and dense-pack wall cavities matching required R-values.

Truck Maintenance:

Keep equipment, hoses, and tools clean, organized, and properly serviced daily.

Experience Experience:

1+ years in insulation installation, weatherization, construction, or operating heavy mechanical equipment.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Comfort troubleshooting small engines, blower machines, hoses, and basic rig hardware.

Team Coordination:

Strong verbal communication skills (via radio or hand signals) when working across multi-story or confined residential spaces.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly (handling heavy bags of cellulose/fiberglass), work in hot/cold environments, and maintain high physical productivity.

Reliability:

Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a clean driver's license preferred.
