Key Responsibilities Install a variety of insulation materials including fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, spray foam, and rigid board insulation. Measure, cut, and properly fit insulation to meet project specifications. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites. Operate insulation equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Work in attics, crawl spaces, walls, and other confined or elevated areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times. Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures. Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time and at a high-quality standard. Represent MAP Building Specialties professionally when interacting with customers, builders, and contractors. Qualifications Construction or insulation experience is preferred but not required - we are willing to train the right motivated candidates. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in various environments. Comfortable working in tight spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn and improve. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
