Due to rapid growth, we are seeking experienced Shower Installers to join our professional team. This role is ideal for skilled craftsmen who want steady, year-round work without the hassle of bidding, chasing payments, or sourcing materials. We provide all materials on-site so you can focus on what you do best—delivering high-quality shower installations.
What You'll Do:
Perform professional installation of custom shower systems with precision and attention to detail. Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements. Communicate with project managers to ensure timelines, expectations, and specifications are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Represent All Weather Seal with professionalism and provide excellent customer service to homeowners.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience installing shower systems, bathroom remodels, or related construction work. Your own truck, trailer, and tools. Valid insurance, including Workman's Comp. Strong craftsmanship, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
