Position Overview:

We are currently hiring candidates who have a minimum of 2 years in Industrial pipe Insulation OR 2 years in carpentry or construction. You must be mechanically inclined and have the interest and ability to learn the insulation trade. If you are honest, hard-working, and a highly motivated person with these abilities, we would like to talk to you about joining our team. We perform strictly in the industrial market which will expose you to a variety of insulation practices, projects and sites.

Industrial Pipe Insulator Responsibilities:

Demonstrate the ability to continue to learn to install, repair and remove insulation. Ability to use measuring devices, hand and/or power tools, and insulation materials. Perform each task that is requested with a focus on safety and overall efficiency. Display the willingness to work in any environment due to the nature of our industry. Represent the company as stated in our handbook. Understand the benefits of working in a "Team" environment that allows you to grow both professionally and personally.

Industrial Pipe Insulator Qualifications:

Must be willing to travel to Harbor beach, MI or surrounding area. Additional compensation given for travel time and reimbursement. Minimum of one (2) years of construction, insulation or carpentry experience. Ability to use a tape measure and cut material according to measuring requirements. Minimum education of high school graduate or equivalent. Display interest in continuing to learn and develop skills as a craftsman. Industry standard lifting requirements. Display the ability to communicate efficiently and work well in a team setting. Effective with time management. Willingness to take direction. Must complete OSHA 10 training upon hire - Paid training Paid Drive time + 15% wage increase for working nights

Industrial Pipe Insulator Pre-Employment Screening Requirements:

Pass a background check (as per customer's site requirements); pass pre-employment drug screenings. First shift position. With advancement opportunity.
