Job Description
Insulation Installer Full-time, Competitive pay based on experience (training available) Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Insulation Installer to join our growing team. This role involves installing insulation in residential properties to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and performance. If you like working with your hands, staying active, and seeing real results from your work, this is for you. Key Responsibilities Install various types of insulation (blown-in, batt, spray foam, etc.) Prep job sites including sealing air leaks and setting up equipment Load, unload, and transport insulation materials and tools Safely operate insulation blowing machines and hand tools Measure and cut insulation to fit walls, attics, crawl spaces, and ceilings Ensure proper coverage and quality installation Follow safety procedures and company standards at all job sites Communicate with team members and supervisors throughout the day Maintain clean and organized job sites Assist with basic clean-up after installations Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas Comfortable working on ladders and in varying temperatures Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Construction or insulation experience is a plus, but not required (we train)
