$32-$45/Hour + Health Care Allowance | Full-Time Done Right Insulation - Becker, MN Done Right Insulation is looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Spray Foam Technician /Insulation Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, run a spray foam rig, lead a crew when needed, and complete jobs without constant supervision. We're a team that takes our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We enjoy training, learning, growing, and having fun together while doing quality work we're proud of. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that environment and grow with us long-term. What You'll Do
  • Operate and maintain a spray foam rig and related equipment
  • Install closed-cell spray polyurethane foam
  • Install blown-in attic insulation
  • Install fiberglass and batt insulation
  • Perform attic insulation removal using vacuum equipment
  • Complete air sealing and insulation preparation
  • Troubleshoot spray foam equipment and jobsite issues
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep
  • Read job scopes and understand project requirements
  • Lead and train helpers and other crew members when needed
  • Load, unload, and organize trucks, trailers, materials, and equipment
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and project managers
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
  • Complete residential, commercial, agricultural, and new-construction projects Roofing & Coatings Opportunities In addition to insulation, this position will have the opportunity to work on spray polyurethane foam roofing and commercial roof coating projects.
This may include:
  • Spray polyurethane foam roofing systems
  • Silicone and acrylic roof coating systems
  • Commercial roof restoration
  • Roof preparation and repairs
  • Operation and maintenance of roofing and coating equipment For the right person, there is a significant opportunity to expand into roofing and coatings through our affiliated company, Foam Flex Roofing & Coatings, and grow into a larger field or leadership role as both companies continue to grow.
What We're Looking For We want someone who can eventually be handed the truck, trailer, job information, and crew and be trusted to get the project done right.
The ideal candidate:
  • Has previous insulation and/or spray foam experience
  • Has experience running a spray foam rig or strong mechanical aptitude
  • Can troubleshoot equipment and solve problems in the field
  • Is dependable and shows up on time
  • Takes ownership and pride in their work
  • Can work independently without constant supervision
  • Is willing to perform all aspects of insulation work
  • Can lead, train, and work effectively with other crew members
  • Is comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, on roofs, lifts, and ladders
  • Can safely lift and move insulation materials and equipment
  • Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Is willing to learn new skills and continue developing professionally
  • Brings a positive attitude and works well as part of a team Compensation & Benefits

Pay:
