Insulation Installer / Spray Foam Helper $20-$25 per hour | Full-Time | Training Provided Done Right Insulation - Becker, MN Done Right Insulation is looking for a motivated, dependable Insulation Installer / Spray Foam Helper to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with no insulation or spray foam experience required . Construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, enjoys solving problems, and wants to learn and grow in the trade. What You'll Do As an Insulation Installer / Spray Foam Helper, you'll work alongside experienced installers and crew leads while learning all aspects of the insulation trade.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with closed-cell spray foam insulation Install blown-in insulation Install fiberglass and batt insulation Perform attic insulation removal and vacuuming Complete air sealing and job preparation Set up and break down spray foam equipment Run hoses and assist the lead spray foam technician Load and unload trucks, trailers, materials, and equipment Clean and maintain spray foam and insulation equipment Keep trucks, trailers, and jobsites clean and organized Assist with residential, commercial, agricultural, and new-construction projects Learn proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and jobsite safety Help the crew wherever needed to complete projects safely and efficiently Roofing & Coatings Opportunities In addition to insulation, our team performs spray foam roofing and commercial roof coating projects . As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to learn and assist with: Spray polyurethane foam roofing Silicone and acrylic roof coating systems Commercial roof restoration Roof preparation and repairs Spray equipment operation and maintenance For the right person, there is also potential to grow into additional opportunities with our affiliated company, Foam Flex Roofing & Coatings . What We're Looking For Experience is helpful, but attitude and work ethic are more important.
