Job Description
Overview Efficient Homes LLC. is looking for a dependable, hardworking year-round Insulation & Snow Removal Technician to join our growing team. During the warmer months, you'll mostly install insulation, and during the winter, you'll also operate snow removal equipment and help service residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on, physically demanding job that requires working in attics, crawlspaces, construction sites, and winter weather. We're willing to train the right person. Reliability, a strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and being proud of your work are essential. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn a skilled trade, operate equipment, and grow with our company. Duties Spray Foam Insulation and fiberglass Install closed-cell spray foam insulation Prepare and protect job sites Operate spray foam equipment Load and unload materials Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, garages and new construction Maintain and clean equipment Perform quality-control checks Keep job sites clean and professional Interact professionally with customers Snow Plowing - Winter Operate pickup trucks, plow trucks and/or loaders Plow driveways, parking lots and commercial properties Shovel when necessary Apply salt or ice melt when required Perform snow removal during storms and after storms Work overnight, early mornings, weekends and holidays when necessary Perform basic snow equipment maintenance Be available to respond when weather conditions require it Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Clean driving record to operate company vehicles Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outside in winter conditions Comfortable working in hot attics and tight spaces Able to work long hours during snow events Willing to work nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when necessary Dependable and willing to show up when scheduled Able to work independently without constant supervision Construction, equipment operation, or snow-plowing experience is a plus Spray foam experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person to perform Apply today and tell us a little about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit for Efficient Homes.
