Duties Measure, cut, and install insulation materials such as fiberglass, cellulose according to project specifications. Use hand tools like knives, tape measures, and caulking guns to prepare surfaces and secure insulation in place Operate power tools safely for cutting, fastening, and installing insulation components Climb ladders and scaffolding safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas Adhere strictly to safety protocols including proper ladder use, power tool safety, fall protection measures, and site safety guidelines Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify project requirements and ensure quality workmanship Assist with related tasks such as drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, or basic plastering when needed Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly Requirement Ability to show up on time Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in construction Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation processes Experience with ladder use, climbing safely on scaffolding or elevated surface Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions Excellent communication skills for client interactions and teamwork coordination Join us in delivering high-quality insulation solutions that improve energy efficiency while advancing your construction expertise!
