Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification) Proven experience working in a special education setting Strong communication and organization skills Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt curriculum Demonstrated commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion Collaborative mindset, open to parent, staff, and community engagementPrimary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective instruction tailored to students unique learning requirements Assess and monitor student progress, documenting growth and areas for improvement Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families for comprehensive student support Modify classroom materials and learning activities according to IEP goals Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as neededPerks & Benefits:
