Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Insulation Installer and become a vital part of creating energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable building environments. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials across residential and commercial construction projects. Your expertise will help improve building performance while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction and insulation techniques while working on diverse projects that make a real difference. Duties Measure and cut insulation materials accurately using hand tools fit specific spaces Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, and other designated areas following safety protocols and project specifications. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot installation issues, adjust fabrication processes, and ensure proper fitting of insulation components. Apply caulking, sealing, and trimming techniques to ensure airtight insulation coverage and optimal energy efficiency. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste materials properly, and adhering to safety guidelines at all times. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on insulation installation or related trades such as carpentry, roofing, or masonry is highly preferred Proficiency with hand tools used in insulation work Experience with fabrication techniques involving foam boards or fiberglass materials enhances effectiveness on the job site. Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces while maintaining attention to detail throughout each phase of installation. Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
